This is the sky of the Last Adam — dawn, and never sunset again. Its figure is the Tree of Life: roots in Genesis (the tree planted, the way barred), a trunk that rises through a garden at first light — the gardener, the breath, the last Adam, the one new man — and a crown that opens into the city where the gates are never shut.
