ASK THE SCRIBE
Every scribe brings out things new and old
"Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old."
MATTHEW 13:52 (KJV)
The Scribe is this site's research assistant. Ask it a question and it answers from one treasure only: the site's published research library — term studies with verified occurrence counts, verse-by-verse exegesis, and the sources on our shelves. Every answer cites what it drew from. And when the sources don't settle a question, the Scribe says so plainly rather than improvising. We tested that property before building the feature, on purpose, with trap questions the library deliberately leaves unresolved.
In pilot now. It opens here when it meets our bar: grounded, cited, and honest about limits.
